Bob is a contractor with the government Leadership Development Centre (LDC): - Accredited as an LDC coach, coaching for some senior people in the Advanced Leadership Programme.
- Currently facilitates two different Action Learning Groups monthly for the LDC.
His experience as an executive and management workplace coach and mentor, includes: - Sounding board/mentoring type of coaching for CEO and second-tier executives.
- Support for achieving of targeted personal and professional development plans at 2nd and 3rd tier.
- Approved coach for management and executive staff to choose from, for a number of different government agencies.
- Professional group supervision for people working in challenging client-facing roles.
- Other coaching work related to personal development, and general career and life goals, including into the areas where 'coaching meets counselling'.
