Independent research, analysis and advice on key client relationships.Although Bob no longer provides this service the experience has been a valuable source of insight for senior level coaching engagements. Over more than 10 years he had significant experience conducting one-to-one interviews with people who were his clients' key clients - usually directors, executives and senior managers of major NZ organisations.
